Each graduate has made sacrifices to get where they are today. They have dedicated 11 months of each year to education. Because our students come from 17 different states in Guatemala, they must make the decision to leave their families and reside at Esperanza Juvenil. At very young ages, the scholars choose to make these sacrifices in hopes that they will be able to create a better and brighter future for their families.

For years, they have watched our previous graduates enroll in and graduate from universities. The class of 2022 has hope that they will have the same opportunities. Now, it’s time to make their dreams come true.

Due to the uncertain times our world is currently enduring, we have implemented new programs to ensure the good health of our students and their families, as well as ensure that the scholars have access to technology and Wi-Fi so they may continue their studies while working remotely.

With that being said, the 10 graduates of Esperanza Juvenil need your help now more than ever so they may have the opportunity to pursue college careers that they have worked towards for so long.

Each of the 10 students needs $1,200 to cover entrance exam costs, academic preparation costs, as well as enrollment costs. This is the first step for them to enter universities and overcome adversity.

A donation of any amount will not just help these graduates succeed, but it will also inspire and instill hope in our younger students who have the same dreams of receiving a college education.
